No response on cancellation

I was contacted by Pingd. who led me to think they are from Telkom Then trying for almost an hour to get me to take the deal, I agreed to my biggest regret. There after I contacted them via e-mail to have it cancelled. I went to the bank to get the debit orders returned, e-mailed again, and still no feedback. This is a very frustrating as none of my emails are answered. I also have to mention that Pingd is giving M-Web a very bad name as they are misleading customers and not accepting no for an answer. I have never logged on to or used their services, but now I am even receiving sms's warning me that they are going to suspend my account due to non payment.
