Zunaid Adams contacted me to assist me after having a very frustrating experience with Pineapple insurance. Zunaid was patient, he was attentive and made an effort to really hear me out as a client. While he was very clear that he believes in the product and the company wholeheartedly and still feels there is hope for my relationship with pineapple moving forward,he did not dismiss or minimise any of my concerns. He could be very brilliant at training others on how to handle clients, please have him help train your new retentions desk. Should there ever be a petition for a raise or promotion for Zunaid, I'll happily sign. Thank you very much Zunaid.
