Your service is pathetic

I did a quote on line and liked the amount quoted, I then spoke to Karabo and asked her to call me after a few days as I wanted to cancel with my current insurer. I was then called by another gentleman that rushed through the call only to send policy wording with incorrect info. I was never advised that a telematics unit would need to be installed. If this is how you handle your presales then I’m scared to see what happens when a person claims.
