Yesterday the 20’th of January I interacted with Charlotte from Pineapple insurance

Yesterday the 20’th of January I interacted with Charlotte from Pineapple insurance . I initially logged in my claim last week Monday and only found out yesterday that the lady I initially spoke to is on leave .Charlotte advised me to send all the documentation to her again and she will start with my claim and within a day, my claim was approved . Great service from the lady as she kept communicating with me and this was through the app and phone calls as well . Thank you for your service Charlotte pineapple 🍍
