Wrotten Pineapple of an insurance

An insurance company that does not keep to their word. They tell you that if you are on the Drive Less benefit for every full calendar month you've travelled less than 300KMs, you get up to 30% of your premium paid back into your account and will be paid in the first 10 working days of the following month. That statement is lot of LIES!!!!! Our contract with theym started November 2022 less than 300KMs been travelled since and have not received anything back from the provider. When following up, all we get is "we are receive back is we will look into it" and this is the same response since. We get asked how much mileage has been done since November and there's a tracker installed byt them for them to get automatic readings.
