Worst service ever. No feedback. No payout to date on a claim summitted a month ago

I would not recommend pineapple to anyone. I am still waiting on a claim payout summitted over a month ago. I am the one constantly following up, I have received no feedback from Pineapple to date. The consultant handing my case Paseka doesn't even bother to call me. I have reached out to him with no respond. Insure with pineapple if you have money to waste.
