Worst service

Absolutely useless. They are great when it comes to signing you up and when it comes to taking your money but as soon as you try to claim, prepare to be left completely in the dark. Nobody in the claims department will respond to you or give you any feedback. I have been waiting a month for my cellphone claim to be processed and have tried to make contact with them with no success. My watch was insured with a different insurance provider and the claim was paid out within 3 days. This company is a ****
