Worst Insurer I have ever came accross

I am reffering to the above mentioned claim number.I have submitted a claim with Pineapple insurance where I have sent all the proof that was required .A family member took my vehicle without my concern when I was at home sleeping.Basically He stole the vehicle and after all the process which I followed.Which Pineapple also required from me I did send.A police report was given to the insurer infact all the proof which was required.In the end the claim got declined.Yes He is a family member and He will have access to my home.But the insurer has all the proof that is required now for them to turn around and decline the claim.Who plans that someone *****s your car and crash it? I mean why do we even take up insurance when we submit the claim we will be told that becouse of the terms and conditions we will not be assisted

Pineapple is a fly by night insurance I regret using them.Becouse in these regard they are not helping me.I never crash the car and they have all the proof for that.
