Worst insurer

I had insured my devices with Pineapple and after the theft of my husband’s phone they proceeded to give me the run around when i tried to claim. All for them to eventually reject my claim and consequently cancel my policy (will be disputing this as well). I have not received my premiums which were promised to me. When i email or message them on the app, they tell me a consultant will call me. To date nothing. Very Appalled by their service
