Worst Insurer

Guys do not insure anything with this insurer. Please read every fine print before signing up with them. They do not have a direct number to call everything is done via chats they take there time to respond. I requested to speak to manager/supervisor last week Monday 17/07/2023 today's the 24th still nobody has made contact with me. My claim was approved how ever the amount you insure your device for is not what you get they replace your phone meaning if something happens to your phone after 2 years the price of you phone drops by 2000 0r 1000 they replace it with the exact same thing so the value drops but your premium every month stays the same. All they tell you when you question them is you as the client should make sure you adequately insured. The worst service out there,stick to the big reputable insurance companies. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. They only there for your money.
