Worst insurance out there!
WORST INSURANCE OUT THERE! I absolutely REGRET Signing up with pineapple insurance if you’re thinking about insuring with them DONT!!! They will literally do anything to make sure you don’t get paid out! They are so quick to tell you everything you’ve done wrong but when it comes to helping you and guiding you no response! I was dealing with someone by the name of Charlotte and she is absolutely ***********, unfriendly and unresponsive when it comes to customer care! Save yourselves your money and rather go with a reputable insurance company like discovery or outsurance. Honestly pineapple you should not be an insurance company

31 May 2023, 11:51Well you’re about to be embarrassed further, the consultant that has responded has angered me further as she can’t even answer a simple question and I REFUSE to deal with incompetence like that, I pay you guys monthly to make my life easier not harder! It’s not like I sit sending complains or queries on the daily!!!
