🚫 Worst Insurance Experience Ever – Left Me and My Family Stranded for 30 Days! 🚫 Claim Number: *** | Accident Date: 26 June 2025 (Saturday)

I’m absolutely appalled at the shocking service we’ve received from Pineapple Insurance. My wife and I were in a traumatic car accident on Saturday, 26 June 2025. We trusted Pineapple to help us during this difficult time — but instead, we’ve been dragged through a month of pure emotional and financial stress.

They told us the car was beyond repair and they would request a settlement letter from the bank — yet no one ever follows up. We are the ones constantly calling, begging for answers. Each time, we speak to a different consultant who either has no clue what’s going on, gives contradictory information, or just promises to escalate — only for nothing to happen.

As of today, it has been over 30 days without a car. No courtesy vehicle. No settlement. No proper feedback. But come month-end, the bank will still debit us for a car that no longer exists!

This isn’t just bad service — it’s inhumane. They left us stranded, silent, and financially stuck while pretending to be an “innovative” insurance company.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re considering Pineapple Insurance — don’t. Your peace of mind is worth more. We are deeply disappointed and demand that our case be resolved immediately, with full transparency, accountability, for the delay.

Now Pineapple Insurance, sends me an email stating that they have found out that an incorrect vehicle is covered on the policy. I wonder how does that happen or are they trying to be con-artists now.
