Worst insurance experience
I made a windscreen chip claim over 2 weeks ago, I'm yet to receive any correspondence. If Pinepple fails to fulfill such a minor claim, what happens should I have a major claim? I've been reaching out to their online team, none of my messages have been rep**** do, WEEKS LATER!
