Worst insurance ever

This insurance is the most irritating and heartbreaking **** of a insurance I have ever used. I have no idea if my car is still with the insurance workshop or not, nothing is communicated. I did my claim in July 2022, and its 2023, I still don't have my car, and wherever it is, still not repaired. And they still taking their monthly premium till this day... I'm even thinking of taking matters to court now, cause what they are putting me through is ******** and disgusting
