Worst Insurance Ever

This is the absolute worst insurance ever, don’t waste your time or money with even requesting a quote. When it comes down to it if anything happens to your vehicle they give you absolutely no peace of mind. I’ve been sitting without my vehicle for 3 weeks. I still don’t know the full extent of the damage to my car, the did a visual inspection only and I had to prompt them to do a secondary inspection to find out if there was any mechanical damage/issues. I’ve literally had to follow up everyday because they are so bad at keeping me informed and looped in regarding the status of my vehicle. Every person I speak to tells me a different story, the level of incompetence is absolutely breathtaking. I can’t believe I’m paying for such terrible service. This has been the most stressful, frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve ever had and there seems to be no end in sight.
