Worst insurance ever

Worst insurance company ever . They do not have a call center meaning that any inquiry you have will not happen. No communication whatsoever takes place . You struggle for everything. Still waiting for my premium to br returned , 3 weeks now. Everytime I call I get the same answer which is They have lodged the complaint. I have tried to escalate the matter to someone above the normal but still no response, she has resorted to not responding . They have also declined my claim due to things I can't control or a normal citizen can not find such information and they use that to discredit your claim . I urge people not to ensure with company so that they don't receive the treatment I received.
