Worst insurance company ever! Worst app ever!!

I have the worst experience with pineapple insurance the fact that I cannot contact them because I have changed my cellphone number is the appalling. I downloaded the app onto my new device and it wants to send an OTP via WhatsApp to the old number, I have been searching for the call centre number online and there hasn’t been any joy. So I cannot make any changes to whatsoever. This is bad service to say the least. Actually it’s horrible service. I would not recommend this insurance at all!! I mean what type does not have a contact number? Even Naked insurance has contact number. Oh my goodness!!!! This is why I want to cancel this insurance. Why can’t I receive an OTP via email also? Because all the other big insurance companies have an alternative option for OTP which would be an email!
