Worst Insurance company ever.

This is the second time am doing a review, an agent by thr name of Thulile who somehow deals with complaints at this fruit failed to do her job. A claim that was submitted on the 1st of November is still with the review Team and eveytime i must call to enquire about feedback only to ge an agent who is only going to say it is under review. The below agents are the ones who have been lying to me since day 1, Sibusiso Maduma, Nakedi, Zandile khanou, khaya who is supposedly the step in manager, Lindokuhle from service and now there is Thabang who now says he will escalate to the real manager who is Kedibone Moahlodi. This company said they provide peace of mind but i have been going through hell since the day of my claim. You cant speak to the supervisors coz apparently they do not know what their agents are doing so Thabang said. How do you oversee a department and not know what your people are doing.
