Worst Insurance Company!!!
I have had the absolute worst and horrific experience ever with Pineapple Insurance. I have endured sleepless nights all because of this company, they are a bunch of ****s. I have submitted a claim November 2023. It is now January 2024 and to date I haven't received proper communication from my agent handling my claim. I have to beg for communication from there side and eventually when they call they have all kinds of irrelevant excuses not to assist me with my claim. I went for 3 quotations, one which was one of their own assessors and guess what? All rejected with no valid reasons.
Please be aware of them. I would not recommend them to anybody out there. I am already suffering from a traumatic experience endured during my accident but trust them to make it even more traumatic for you.
