WORST insurance company.

I logged a claim with for my handset on Tuesday 31/05/2022 and till today no one has contacted me or anything a Lady by a name Charlotte keeps saying someone will get back to me but no one has a decency to just acknowledge me. If this is how they treat their costumers for a mere cellphone what about big claims like your car and household claims😠 I regret ever joining this company and even recommending it to other people. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
