Worst company by far!

I app**** for cellphone insurance but along the way I decided not to continue with the application. The problem that I have now is getting +/-10 calls a day from this company as if I owe them. I phoned them and a lady by the name Itumeleng answered when she heard that I'm complaining she said she'll transfer my call to the right department only for her to transfer me to Old Mutual Iwyze. How unprofessional and rude is that?
