WORST CLAIMS EXPERIENCE EVER . CON ARTISTRY AT ITS BEST !!

Pinapple is the worst insurance company I have experienced when it comes to claims . They requested so many documents from me when my phone and laptop were ******. I submitted all of them and they still requested an affidavite from my network provider to access my phone records, I signed this affidavite and allowed for my network provider to release these records even though this was a thoroughly proposterous request. What does a record of who I last called have to do with my phone being ****** ? They have not finalised my claim which I lodged on the 23rd of June and it is now the 15th of July. I am completely frustrated and exhuasted with their refusal to finalise this claim. It seems that only the signing up is easy, the claims process if a nightmare. I would not recommend that anyone take up insurance with them.
