🚩🚩🚩Worst car insurance!!!

Pineapple is a big ****. I submitted a claim, after having submitted a claim they increased my excess by R5000 without my consent. I sent an email querying about the discrepancy of my excess. It is now the 4th working day that Warren my claims handler isn’t responding to my email or app chats, where as they state response time is usually a day.

They initially refused my claim and said they told me about a vehicle assessment, when I asked them to play the recording where they told me that, it’s only then that they accepted my claim because they know they ****.

The most frustrating thing is that there is literally no number to call communicate this insurance.
