WORST CAR INSURANCE BY A MILE

My first experience with Pineapple insurance is turning out to be my worst nightmare ever ever when dealing with car insurance. I had an incident/accident reported on the 29th of June 2022, and until today 26 July 2022 my claim has not been sorted out. my car has been parked for almost a month now waiting for my so called "insurance" to assist me. I mean, which car insurance company would make a client wait for the whole month waiting for claim approval or rejection in a worst case scenario? its just ridiculous. I've had different insurers before but I must admit, PINEAPPLE INSURANCE is the worst I have ever dealt with. it was all nyc and professional when they recruited me but today when i want them to come through for me they are no where to be seen. I am now in a position where i don't give a **** whether they approve it or reject it. I mean they have shown that they care less about clients but only for themselves. My advise to those who think that PINEAPPLE insurance are the best.....think again people, its a ****. These guys will look for anything that will make them avoid liability instead of trying to help you as a customer. Koketso, is my claim's handler by the way. She is as useless as her employer. I am not apologetic about my review and I can hardly wait to cancel my policy with them to look for a well established and reputable insurer not this nonsensical pineapple ****..
