Worst after sales service....Pineapple Insurance

I have lodged a claim, and after 4 weeks, my car is still parked in my garage, and I keep trying to contact the insurer and the message is always the standard, "we will escalate" I am not sure when my car will even go to a panel beater for an evaluation...I am very disappointed that it takes so long and you cannot even get on a phone call with them....it's almost as if I do not have insurance...I wonder if they are being liquidated and that's the reason for delays....
