Worse experience *****ulent insurance

I canceled my insurance with the they received my cancelation notice but, after that they went after my account and debited me a premium even tough I made it clear that I no longer that vehicle how could they take my hard earned money for their own gain ,I have send send countless emails no respond because they know very that what they did is ***** I Even have proof from their consultant but still Noone is want to refund me back my money ,worse you cannot even call them all you do is send emails ,I so regret taking up this frustrating policy
