What an outstanding service I've received from Pineapple cellphone Insurance. I covered my cellphone in May only to get an incident in June. They've only debited a premium for 1 month. I was even sceptical to claim but my gut instinct said try it. In 12 days of Prudence liaising with me almost everyday with her informative character and patience I received an approval to receive a claims card worth the amount of my lost cellphone. Prudence well done, you really take customer service as your 1st priority 🙌🏾. To Pineapple 🍍, I am so excited that even my car is now covered with you guys. You outdid yourselves on this claim.
