Well, I am a new client, just bought myself a car and I joined the Pineapple insurance yesterday over the phone. I realized my address was not written correctly, and I needed to get the confirmation of policy that had details of the car because I did not give them the information over the phone. I then tried to get help online and I got a number that I can call and she told me that I will get it soon if i don't i should text her on whatsapp. I then sent a message she responded so quick and even though I asked lots of questions she just delivered, she answered me nicely....I think her name is Jolandy she gave me a 5 star treatment she is a darling. She has amazing customer service skills❤️I am a happy client.
