We are having except...
We are having exceptional service from a lady by the name of Boitumelo who is resolving the current issues on the app where we cannot see the mileage traveled so cannot receive our discounts, we are also struggling to upload pictures to ensure our vehicles and they've had to do it manually but this lady is probably one of the best I have encountered at pineapple insurance I would highly recommend her write her name down and ask for her specifically she has been nothing short of amazing and it is the only thing keeping me at pineapple after they are having these administrative issues so I'd like to take my hat off to her exceptional customer service
