Was assisted with a query regarding my debit order by Siphosethu. I wanted to know why an amount higher than my policy was debited. He was professional and broke down the process so I could understand that the debit order is sort of prepaid, and my policy started mid-month so the debited amount was for the previous few weeks and the upcoming month.
