Was assisted by Prudence to settle my claim
Was assisted by Prudence to settle my claim. She helped me very well, she gave me constant updates and I was very impressed with her. I am however not impressed with the company itself on how long it takes to settle claims. One should not be waiting days with no device. Please do better in settling claims faster! Thanks Prudence for your help
