21 May 2026, 17:29Owh I’d write a book about where you guys can improve , my claim with you guys lasted four months for it to be done and I was the one checking about on you about the progress of it , the all of a sudden the assessor is on leave for a month that I now must wait for him to come and continue with the claim, well please improve on that , I feel like you guys are short staffed coz tell me why must I wait for a person whose on leave.
