Wandile was excellent in providing customer service swiftly
Wandile was excellent in providing customer service swiftly. My matter was resolved quickly. But the fact that the problem was there in the first place it means that Pineapple should revisit its application software for its user-friendliness. This, however, is not Wandile’s problem but the company. Wandile outdid themself.
