Very poor service

I am very disappointed with this guys, they don't have call centre yet they only respond to whatsapp one reply per day, just because I would like to cancel the insurance they don't respond been 3 days now no response, very disappointed if there was 0 star would definitely gonna give it as they don't even deserve my star...
