Very Poor customer Service!!!!
I waited for 2hours to get confirmation of cover, just after Tshepo said will send in 2 minutes. When I received it the information captured was wrong, address wrong, previous losses wrong, they even increased my premiums to what we did not agreed on. I requested for the recording of the call, still I have received it. Their app always has issues, the team doesn’t respond in time. Pineapple is not taking it’s customers seriously!!! I am still waiting for my call recording to fully understand why Tshepo got everything wrong! Very frustrated

22 Mar 2023, 18:356 Feb, now is March. Still what Tshepo sold me is not what i am paying for, Philani keeps on saying my matter is with Finance team and no response. I am also embarrassed to be your client, honestly!!!
