Very poor communication
Good prices, but communication is lacking a lot. Their Live chat is absolute trash and when someone finally responds, they take 30 mins to an hour to respond. Honestly, guys, don't have a live chat system if it's not truly live! I am looking at insurance with them but such a hassle to get my questions answered and at this point, I am thinking of moving my business elsewhere.
