Very helpful and very loyal to long term clients. I expressed that I found another insurance policy whoch offers the same quality insurance with a cheaper price and lower excess. Pineapple compromised and lowered my policy fees and excess as I have been a long term client who hasn't made any claims on my car. I am super appreciative of their efforts to retain me as a client.
