I've been insured through Pineapple insurance for the past year, having an insurer that was as simple as taking a photo and covering my portable possessions over an app was pretty simple. I recently had to claim for my cellphone and I needed to do this online as my app was no longer an option. I dealt with Bridget and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She assisted with having a courier collect my phone to see if we could have it repaired, when that wasn't an option, she made sure that I could get a replacement phone.
