very disappointed

It is almost 3 months , literally 11 days before it hits 3 months , since the CLAIM has been approved and the car was taken in for repairs. Right now I feel like I might as well work for pineapple or one of the service providers, why am i being called the Renew-It informing me that they are waiting for the insurance to authorize a window claim, or else they cannot move the car to the next stage. seriously guys??I was not informed that I 'll play the 'middleman' job here , at whose cost??I even had to visit the repairer premises only then I received an update and that was the last ,dated 2May26 and that was the last time until today ,I have to call in for you guys to register the claim glass(11/05/2026 and today), which had to be done while i was on the call because had I ended the call, I would have had to call in a weeks time for the same thing.

This is totally unacceptable , now I have to wait for a glass, a whole 2 weeks ??just for it to be delivered? before fitting , by the time the car moves to the next stage it will be over 3 months since the car has been in for repairs. Pineapple do something.!
