VERY BAD SERVICE

Very bad service. I have been trying to make a claim since the 1 March 2023 but I'm failing. I sent a WhatsApp text explaining that I can't make a claim on the App and a lady called assist with that but she also failed. Lady said she will get back to me since then nothing. now that I sent an email that I want to cancel my insurance they have been calling non stop wanting to assist with a claim. I'm also not happy with the fact that they are unreachable on the phone, it is frustrating. Now I'm not getting any feed back with the cancellation of the policy. I want to cancel but they are not assisting me.
