Vehicle insurence

I logged a claim. The only time I received correspondence was them confirming a claim has been logged. From there I am the one who does the calling seeking updates and follow ups. Worse their service provide calls me everyday asking for update from my insurance.I cannot respond to that because I have no update. Just make a decision and I move on with my life.if you guys are not going to assist just send the repudiation letter and I proceed to fix my car, ow you are strong me along .Atleast if there was some sort of update I’d understand but there is none . Now ale have to come here for your attention.just so that maybe someone calls and says this is the update.
