Usually I don’t like leaving reviews on anything as this might never get to the intended audience, but here goes. Today I was greatly assisted by the two most incredible and understanding ladies who have helped me through my insurance. A quick background, I’ve always been exposed to one insurance company that my family has trusted for many, many years and which eventually became my insurer of choice and the insurance company that I stuck with once I got insurance of my own. On Friday 12.09.2025 I collected a vehicle that I have had my eyes on for the last three years, the transition was made effortlessly by the two ladies Refilwe and Katleho, I forgot their surnames. Today I’m happy to share that I have move all my insurance over to Pineapple (cars and home contents), just from the sheer product knowledge and customer experience of these two ladies.
