USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

I have had with this insurance company. I do not know how they run their business honestly. What they are good at is lying and taking people for a fool. It's been almost 3 weeks since I filed for a phone claim. I posted a couple of reviews prior to this one. They responded on both reviews as if they sympathize with me. The consultant promised that it'll be resolved in 72hrs, last week. She then gave me a call yesterday after persistent questions from me. I asked her when will my claim be sorted out. She then said that everything is with her manager (Biko Phaswana). I then asked to talk to him/her, she gave me he/his email address and told me that he/she'll give me a call asap. Till now I haven't heard from them. Towards the end of the call she pleaded with me that I remove the reviews I posted before. Fool as I as I was I did so because I sympathized with her. I am absolutely gutted with this insurance company. I am appalled to the last degree. I cannot believe a phone claim could take so long. How more about a vehicle claim? They will send countless emails to extend your profile with them but cannot facilitate a phone claim in time. JOIN THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL. USELESS!!!!
