Useless service and bad service

Was quoted a certain price via hippo and pineapple and when we did the official version it was double the price so useless company, probably in cahoots with Hippo to give **** prices to get the numbers in. When agent was to give me the premium price he all of a sudden had a technical issue so he couldn't give the price as he knew that I was quoted half what he came up with and he had just wasted an hour of my time.
