Useless insurance ever

I don't even think that one star I gave them they even deserve it they deserve nothing. I had an accident with my vehicle only on on the year phoned them no problem tow truck came as my vehicle mobile but not in a good driving condition they towed it away shap I went to open a case at a Police station near by not far from the accident scene as advised by them. Phoned the following they requested a bunch of documents previous insurance report ID license accident report with I did forward to them no stress they told me they have everything they need. I think 2 weeks went by I phoned in to hear how far is my claim only to be told my claim is of a low amount then my access meaning my access is hire then the damage amount I ask the consultant assigned to me with is Sibusiso so what did you find was damaged on the vehicle he tells me only the left front bumper and left front fender and I ask him I'm quite sure you have a vehicle do you really think you guys would come tow the a vehicle for a fender and bumper that is damage please be serious now and he asks me what was damaged on the vehicle I tell my friend the vehicle is in your possession how are you still asking so what was damaged on the vehicle 2 you are giving me a report of what's damaged on the vehicle and still asking me so what damaged on the vehicle. I told my please go do your home work and phone me back. I think another 2 weeks went by I phoned in again to ask what's going on the gave me the very same story as Sibusiso did I told them the same thing as o told Sibusiso I think another 2 weeks went by i phoned in again to get clarity on the matter I was still told the same thing that's when I requested to speak a manager none were available my calls get on getting dropped until I think a week or so I got a call from one manager to say she will sort it out another 2 weeks went by I again to hear what's the story cause it's always a story when it comes to these people no way forward. I got a phone call again after a week this guy sounded very helpful recounted everything with me checked the documents to make he doesn't miss anything he said it looks like the vehicle is written off witch shocked me cause it didn't make sense to me I asked so now what's the forward explained to everything I said okay what now he says there are somethings he must verify with head office and get back to I'm telling you another good 2 to 3 weeks went by till yesterday I get a call from them lol only to tell me my insurance history letter is missing lol yho I was my brother like are you joking right now cause I was busy with a client I dropped the call. I have never in my life been in business with a useless down right stupid bunch of people like this in my life we thought the government was bad Pineapple takes the cup shem no man this is below poor service this is not a bad service this is pure ******* utter nonsense I don't think I'll ever use them again I don't think I'll ever advise anyone to use them. And my claim is still not solved by the way I'll phone them back today to hear what's the new story but I think I'm gonna involve my lawyers to make life simple for everyone so ya Pineapple for you.
