Useless

Am currently in a dispute with them, useless insurance, i have referred matter to the ombudsman, my car got ****** on the 4th of January and recovered thanks to tracker issue is their assessor didn’t bother to come see the car and claim that the damage is R5100 based on the pictures i sent them which is less than the R7500 excess fee, issue is when i go to panel beaters I received a quote of R14500 because the steering columb which is broken, when i asked them to recommend me where i can fix it for R5100 they went silent, when i asked then to get it done at Nissan they also went quiet i currently have a case with the ombuds, ignore iwyze at all cost if you can👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
