Useless

I literally had enough of this insurance? It has been 4 months and my policy has yet not been sorted out. I have been paying more then what was discussed over the phone, since your calls are recorded I spoke to Ayanda Im suppose to pay R1107 every month and in the 4 months I’m paying R1353 and yet accounts department is still busy with it. I will be cancelling my insurance with pineapple as they do not know how to do their jobs properly. I have you 4 months to fix it and yet still nothing.
