Ursula was very polite and understanding
Ursula was very polite and understanding. Took great care in ensuring that i understood the process and explained in detail what needs to happen with my claim, which documents i needed to submit and how far my claim is . She was a breeze to deal with , keep giving the best service🙏🏼
