Urgent assistance with your system that is defaulting paying customers
I am having serious problems with your system and services and I am just not happy. Its been two weeks since my claim and still nothing resolved. I have email track records to show how your system is putting me under strain for something I have done nothing wrong. Please urgently contact me and resolve my claim and make it easier for premiums to be paid by customers like other insurance companies do.

Bervin really is a great agent, kept patience throughout and communicate best of their ability while awaiting feedback on different departments.
