Unwanted calls and agents who don't listen

I have had 3 unsolicited phone calls from one of your outsourced call centres this week.

I told the first gentleman I wasn't interested, and to please remove my number from the database.

I told the second lady that I'd already spoken to someone and told them I wasn't interested, that they hadn't removed my number and that she should please escalate the problem to her boss.

As I was starting to explain the same story to the 3rd lady, she hung up in my ear.

So let's try this one more time - stop calling me and delete my number please.
